Cosmos Divine Care is a Registered NDIS provider that does things differently. We take a personalised approach and tailor our services to each individual participant. We have dedicated, compassionate, hardworking expert qualified staff to provide person centered care to NDIS participants.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

The NDIS will connect participants to an Local area Coordinator or a Support Coordinator who can then assist with linking NDIS service providers who deliver the supports outlined in the individuals plan.
